The Dark Crystal: Visions of Thra
Based on Jim Henson's "The Dark Crystal," I experimented with how to adapt the setting and characters into a 2D animated series using digital puppetry. Taking place long before the events of "The Age of Resistance," this series will focus primarily on the skeksis and examine their disturbing society from an insider’s viewpoint.
Logline:
After centuries of overseeing the expansion of the Skeksis empire, the feared Conqueror is given a prophetic vision that sets him on a quest towards redemption and to restoring balance to the world of Thra.
